Radiohead- Street Spirit (Fade Out)

For anyone interested, Radiohead’s new album “In Rainbows” will be available via their Website for download beginning October 10th. The cool thing about the new album is “We” (Meaning the consumer) get to decide how much we want to pay for it. Yep, Radiohead has no list price on their album, and people can download it for free if they want.

 How you ask?

Well, they’re no longer signed to a label, and they have the Control now.

If you want more info- Check it out here.

  1. i already knew about this and thought it was a cool idea (not like it’s completely novel though). radiohead will make money no matter how much people decide to shell out for ‘rainbows’. and, as mentioned, the live performances and dvd’s of such will really rake in the dough. in the end, they’re a marvelous quintet with amazing musical talent. thom, who’s solo eraser was fkn phenomenal, really ties the band together in one big knot… a knot around your head. i’ve musically learned a lot from their style and theory and will always be their student. fkn great! can’t wait for the album 🙂
